Planuim sa organizam un curs de training in leadership si strategie in organizatiile de tineri, in asociatie cu Youth in Action Program, bazat pe teme practice.
Principalele teme:
* Scopurile si valorile Organizatiei
* Talentul oamenilor = talentul Organizatiei
* Strategia Organizatiei
* Cultura Organizatiei
* Invatarea procedurilor in Organizatie
* Leader si leadership
* Rolul leader-ului
Limba de lucru este engleza.
Numarul participantilor este de 20-25.
Participantii trebuie sa isi plateasca 30% din costurile de calatorie; toate celelalte costuri sunt acoperite.
