Scholarships or student grants program description
Who Is Eligible: Be matriculated at BMCC and enrolled for the spring, 2009 semester Will have completed 24 BMCC credits at the end of the fall, 2008 semester Have an overall BMCC Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.30 or better Have completed all remedial requirements Have a valid passport/visa by January 31, 2009 Requirements: Submit 3 letters of recommendation (at least two from a BMCC faculty/staff member) Have face-to-face interview with the Faculty/Staff Salzburg Seminar Selection Committee Submit a written statement of purpose (an essay) of no more than 250 words Attend at least three (3) Salzburg Orientation Workshops/Seminar prior to the trip Submit a written report and participate in an oral presentation at the end of the Salzburg experience (after student return to the college) Deadline: 11/13/2009 based on last year's due date Amount: Travel and housing cost
