Air Force ROTC Scholarship is offered...
by the US Air Force in the form of two- to five-year, full- and partial-tuition scholarships for which qualified students may compete if they enroll in AFROTC. All scholarships are based on individual merit, regardless of financial need, with most scholarship recipients determined by central selection boards. Scholarship selection boards are held early in the school year and applicants must meet certain academic, physical fitness and medical requirements to be considered by the scholarship boards. Contracted cadets also receive a monthly stipend ($250-$400, depending on AS-level) and $600/yr for a book allowance.

at Wilkes are our institutional scholarships, which are generally awarded based on stated criteria such as a class rank, SAT or ACT score, or exceptional talent. Other institutional scholarships are awarded based on affiliation with a certain group such as the Commuter Council, or interest in a specific area like math or science, etc. Some scholarships are awarded based on both merit and financial need.
Wilkes University Scholars are those students who...
have achieved a combined SAT score of 1800+ or an ACT score of 28+ or is in the top 5% of his/her high class.They may be awarded a scholarship of $13,000. Consideration is automatically given to students who meet these criteria.

in determining which school a student will attend is cost. Wilkes works closely with families to make education a reality.
Here are some tips for making the financial aid process work for you.
Submit an application for admission to Wilkes. We can't make a financial aid award unless you have been admitted to the University.
Apply early -- as soon after January 1 as possible. We award financial aid on a first-come, first-served basis. The sooner you apply, the better your chance of receiving grants and scholarships from Wilkes.
Submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Click here for online application. Paper applications can be obtianed by calling 1-800-4-FEDAID.

You can obtian a pin number to sign your FAFSA electonically by clicking here. Parents of dependent students should also obtain a pin number to sign the FAFSA.
Watch for your financial aid package in the mail. Once Wilkes receives your FAFSA results (four to six weeks after you submit it), we'll send you an award letter .This leer will outline the type and amount of financial aid for which you qualify.
