Admission, enrollment and the start of the study
If you receive an admission notice for a place at the university, you may need to confirm through an authorized representative, within the period specified in the authorization to accept the study place. If you do not observe this deadline, the authorization is invalid.
If the expiration date of the study to be very short, so it is possible to advance the acceptance letter sent by fax to the University +49 (0) 991-3615 297 (the letter of admission must be submitted later oirginale by mail).
Enrollment / acceptance of the study place
If you have accepted a place, you have to register to enroll in person at the date mentioned in the letter of acceptance to the Academy (). The approval will be invalid if you do not enroll. The registration deadlines are different and you will be notified by letter of admission. You see this also, what documents must be submitted for enrollment. Basically Immatikulationen to the following documents must be brought in so far as called for in this letter of acceptance otherwise:
Admission
valid identity card or passport
Proof of payment of tuition fees or proof of the tuition fee loan
Declaration on cooperation on higher education management
Application to use the information systems of the university
Health insurance certificate
1 photograph
if necessary, evidence of pre-study
if necessary, de-registration certificate
these documents are not submitted in full, no enrollment.
Beginning of the studies
Winter: 01 October of each year
Summer Term: 15th March of the year
